This report reflects on the options for a digital joint European degree label. Current digital practices in (joint) degree awarding among EDLab HEI partners (if any) are identified based on the results from the survey on degree awarding practices. As experience with digital credentialling for joint diplomas has proven to be limited, the joint European degree label takes the form of a complementary certificate within EDLab. The scope of the deliverable is therefore set on a preliminary mapping of the ‘digital landscape’ in credential awarding. Overall recommendations for further inquiry on the digital options for a joint European degree label are included.
